Our spacious, modern gym is fully equipped with the latest in core, cardiovascular and resistance equipment and offers the ideal environment for people of all ages and levels of fitness to achieve their individual goals.

Upon joining, you will be given a comprehensive tuition by one of our team to ensure that you are able to use each piece of equipment safely and confidently. Thereafter, someone will always be on hand should you want further advice. We also offer a personal training service for those who prefer one–to–one guidance geared to their needs.

We understand that people often fit their gym visits into a busy lifestyle, so every aspect of our facility, from long opening hours to easy parking, has been developed with your maximum convenience in mind. Our joining fee is highly competitive and includes a free kit bag with water bottle, gym towel and bathrobe.

Our Fountain Spa also provides two in–house beauty therapy services, which include luxury facials, massages and reflexology. Day package treatments are available and make perfect gift ideas; they are also a popular choice with friends looking for a pampering day with a difference.
